OWI / Drunk Driving Starting at $800.00

These charges can be misdemeanors or felonies depending upon a person's prior record. The fee required depends on the circumstances surrounding the alleged conduct.



Divorce Starting at $750.00

Divorce cases range from non-contested agreements to complex disputes including high assets and child custody problems. The retainer fee on divorce cases depends on the complexity of the case.



Custody / Modification Issues $950-$2500

Changing circumstances in people's lives may require modification of prior Divorce or Paternity orders. The necessary retainer fee depends on the complexity of the issues involved.



Criminal Charges Starting at $500

Felony or Misdemeanor. The fee on a criminal case varies greatly depending on the severity of and number of charges that are filed against the accused. The fees are generally quoted by the attorney.



Personal Injury No Fee Until Settlement

In general, there is no fee on these cases unless there is a recovery for the injured person. Bolinger Law Firm receives a percentage of what is recovered as our fee.



Basic Will $250.00

This includes the Will document, consultation, storage service, and complimentary Notary service for the Will.



Will Package $400.00

This includes everything mentioned in the Basic Will in addition to three other documents; a Living Will, a Medical Power of Attorney, and a Financial Power of Attorney.



Individual Power of Attorney, Living Will, changes to Wills $200.00 per document
